I am extremely disappointed with the flower arrangement that was delivered to my mother-in-law on Mother’s Day this past Sunday. What was delivered looked absolutely nothing like the arrangement that was advertised and purchased. The quality, size, presentation, and overall appearance were completely unacceptable and nowhere near worth the amount of money I paid.
To make matters even worse, the flowers arrived without the card, without the personalized message, and without any indication of who the arrangement was from — which completely ruined part of the experience and sentiment behind the gift.
I have also tried multiple times to contact your company, including on Mother’s Day itself, and received no response whatsoever. The lack of customer service and accountability is incredibly frustrating, especially for an order placed for such an important occasion.
I am attaching photos of:
• What was advertised and ordered
• What was actually delivered
The difference is unacceptable.
I expect this matter to be addressed immediately. At this point, I feel completely misled as a customer and extremely disappointed in both the product and the service provided. I will continue to escalate and file complaints regarding this experience if it is not resolved appropriately.

Amazing flowers! Order last minute the day of, for my mom and got the on time super quick. I’ve had the flowers for over a week and they still look super fresh. Definitely ordering again!

I lost $150. I placed an order on May 8th to be delivered on May 10th. Today is May 13th and it still hasn't been delivered. They don't answer the phone, WhatsApp, or email. They operate a scam and deception scheme.

Scam company. What we ordered is on the left & what arrived is in the next picture. No communication from the company. Card has horrible grammar & they did not even put our names on the card. The recipient did not know who it came from! Could not get ahold of the “company” to figure out if the flowers were even getting delivered (delivery was 1.5 hours late…). Do not recommend. Almost $200 for this… crazy!!! Huge scam!!

It's Saturday, mother's Day is tomorrow. Flowers order last Thursday, to be delivered today, never showed up. I'm sure my mother will appreciate it.

I almost NEVER leave a review, but this place was amazing! Not only did the flowers get there the same day I ordered them, but they also hand wrote my message for the birthday girl! The flowers are gorgeous, fresh, and overall the perfect gift. Major respect for this company and their services!

I use this florist weekly and have done so for the past 7 months. They always deliver per my request. They make the most beautiful floral arrangements. Ximena is so knowledgeable about matching my purpose with the right floral arrangement. She is patient, understanding and most importantly she has a super positive attitude.

Was a little worried about how great of a deal I got on 50 long stem roses delivered to my house for my wifes birthday with a balloon in a vase. Wife called got the flowers and they were beautiful, exactly what I ordered and delivered exactly when she said they would be. Was in the florist industry years ago and we charged more in the early 90's then they charged me today. Super deal, great service and even better price. Way to Go...
